1 pack mixed salad of choice |

2 tbsp Olive oil |
 |
Salt and fresh black ground pepper to taste |

2 tbsp mayonnaise of choice |

Large ciabatta loaf (1-2 depending on size) |

| Cook fish fillets as on-pack instructions, then slice into pieces while hot. Toss the salad in the olive oil and season. Cut the bread into thick slices and drizzle with olive oil. |
| Grill the bread on both sides, when nicely brown, place some salad onto the ciabatta and then add the fish, smooth over your chosen mayonnaise. For extra zing flavour the mayonnaise with some fresh lemon juice. |
